Suffolk is a fantastic place to cycling, walking or just being outdoors. .
I hope to post a few pictures and words about the great place around my little bit of the county.

This week a taste of the pro tour came to Ipswich complete with Mark Cavendish and Bradley Wiggins of Team Sky fresh from recent Tour de France success. We managed to catch them at registration.
The length some people will go to to get a picture!!
After watching all the big names parade along the waterfront we set of to the Kesgrave Bell in the hope of beating the rolling road block and having a pint as they went past. The last stretch down the Main Road we were seconds a head of the team cars, quite a buzz being cheered to the pub by a few thousand people.
My favorite shot of the day.
Kesgrave Coast to Coast.
The Kesgrave in the title of this ride is a bit of a misnomer as you could start it anywhere. Its a circular journey along the Felixstowe Peninsular.
This route is a mix of farm tracks, bridleways and footpaths which should be walked or perhaps best avoided at busy times. Its a great evening cycle route with Panoramic views across both the Orwell and the Deben.
You are almost guaranteed a dramatic sunset.
